Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Smart Site Setup Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
• Refunds apply to the most recent charge. Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 14 days of the renewal date.
• Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ctnepal.com.np with:

• Your name and email address used at purchase.
• Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email).
• A brief reason (optional — helps us improve).

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned via the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and Pro features will no longer be accessible. You may continue using the free version of Smart Site Setup.

Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 14-day window.
• Refunds are not available if we have evidence of Terms of Service violations (e.g. key sharing).

Cancellations

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund; submit a refund request separately if you are within the 14-day window.
