By purchasing or using Smart Site Setup Pro ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on one (1) WordPress site. Each additional site requires a separate license.
Your license key is issued once after payment is confirmed. Keep it secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a shared or compromised key. If your key is compromised, contact us for a replacement.
An active license entitles you to plugin updates and email support for the duration of your subscription. Updates are delivered automatically via the WordPress dashboard once your license is active.
Pro features are delivered as JSON data (replacement rules, templates, AI payloads) from our backend servers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue cloud features with reasonable notice. No source code is transmitted to your site.
Pro licenses are billed annually. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Paddle billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Plugin and delete all copies.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Site Setup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Plugin.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
